👣 Step out of the mind and into your body as we create a safe and inspiring space to move, connect, and celebrate life together. No dance experience is needed—just come as you are and allow the music to guide you.
We'll begin with a playful connection warm-up to help us arrive fully in the space and with each other inviting presence, and playful interaction. After the dance, we'll gather for a relaxed afterglow to share, connect, and enjoy some nourishing snacks together.
