True harmony and a profound sense of unity in dance don't arise from striving for performance as we experience it in a typical club or party, but from the trusting power of opening ourselves "naturally" to the music and our playful being.
This sense of community can easily arise within you when you experience the pleasurable individual awareness of your body and the surrender to the euphoria of the moment with the other dancers in the group, as the many individual energies weave together into a great, joyful unity.
The atmosphere intensifies, and the group merges into a great energetic whole, in which everyone perceives individually but is influenced by the same powerful force. This harmony, created on the dance floor, extends far beyond the physical—it touches something ancient and universal and reminds us that we are all part of a greater whole.
We want to create more than just an experience: We want to awaken your zest for life and ignite it so powerfully that it resonates long afterward, accompanying you with lasting joy and motivation.
Connectivity Warm-ups & Encounter Workshops
In the warm-up, you have the opportunity to experience yourself and express yourself freely by connecting with your body, your breath, and your energy and vitality.
In the second part of the dance warm-up, or in specially designed encounter workshops, we create a special unity in the space by giving you the chance to extend this connection into the group and build (self-)confidence.
(This is voluntary and optional, depending on whether you feel like it or prefer to remain connected to yourself.)
Through lovingly designed activities, some playful and some sensual, you have the opportunity to experience genuine and mindful connection. Discover the people around you and how you respond to them with curiosity, playful joy, and childlike zest for life. This allows you to experience greater self-assurance and trust, and ultimately, the enriching sense of unity within the group.
